This Privacy Policy explains how Bulletproof Pavers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit bulletproofpavers.com (the “Site”), request a quote, contact us, or interact with our advertising and social media.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a free quote, fill out a contact form, call, text, chat or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, details about your project, and any photos you send us of your pavers, driveway, patio or pool deck.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our technology partners automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies, including:
- IP address and approximate location (city or region)
- Browser type, device type and operating system
- Pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, time on page, and the site or ad that referred you
- Cookie and advertising identifiers
- Whether you submitted a quote form or clicked to call (as a conversion event)
Information from third parties. We may receive information from advertising and social media platforms (such as aggregated ad performance reports), from Google (such as reviews you post on our Google Business Profile), and from lead or referral sources you use to contact us.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide quotes, schedule and perform services, and follow up on your project
- Communicate with you by phone, text or email about your request
- Operate, secure and improve the Site
- Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics)
- Measure and improve our advertising
- Show our ads to people who have visited the Site or may be interested in our services, as described in Section 4
- Showcase completed work, as described in Section 6
- Comply with law and protect our rights
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information. Where enabled, Google Analytics may also use Google signals and user-provided data collection, which can match site activity (such as a submitted email address or phone number, in hashed or encoded form) with information Google holds about signed-in Google users, to give us more accurate, aggregated measurement. Google does not give us the identity of individual visitors through these reports.

4. Advertising, retargeting and social media platforms
We may advertise on platforms such as Google (Search, Maps, YouTube and the Google Display Network), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Nextdoor, TikTok, Microsoft (Bing) and other social and digital platforms. We may place tools on the Site such as the Google tag, Google Ads conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
These tools allow the platforms to:
- Record visits and actions such as quote requests and calls (conversion measurement)
- Show our ads to people who previously visited the Site, and to people similar to our customers (remarketing, retargeting and lookalike audiences)
- Match contact details you give us (such as an email address or phone number), in hashed form, to measure results or build advertising audiences, where permitted by the platform’s terms
- Report back to us on how our ads performed

Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of personal data for that browser.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws may treat sharing data with advertising platforms for retargeting as “targeted advertising,” a “sale” or “sharing.” You may opt out using the choices above, by enabling GPC, or by contacting us (Section 12).
5. Text messages and calls
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, appointment and service, including with automated scheduling reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. We will send marketing texts only if you have separately agreed to receive them.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
6. Photos of your property
With your permission, we may photograph your pavers or hardscape before and after our work and use those photos on our Site, social media, ads and Google Business Profile. We do not publish your name, house number or street address with project photos without your consent. If you would like a photo of your property removed, contact us and we will remove it from the channels we control.
7. Artificial intelligence tools
We may use AI tools from reputable providers to help run our business, for example to draft website content and replies, organize quote requests, transcribe calls or estimate project details from photos you send. When we do:
- We share only the information needed for that task
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information collected through this Site to train large language models, nor permit our vendors to do so on our behalf
- A person reviews and approves quotes and service decisions
Our public Site content may also be read and summarized by search and AI services (such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Claude) that crawl public web pages, under their own privacy policies.
8. How we share information
We share personal information only:
- With service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, forms, scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, phone and texting providers, analytics and advertising platforms
- With advertising and social media platforms as described in Sections 3 and 4
- With subcontractors who help perform your service, limited to what they need to do the job
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect safety or our rights
- In a business transfer, such as a sale or merger of the business
- With your consent or at your direction
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the Site to function, plus analytics and advertising cookies described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work and the relevance of ads you see.
10. Data retention and security
We keep customer and quote information as long as needed to serve you, provide warranty or follow-up service, and meet tax and legal recordkeeping requirements. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account (currently up to 14 months). We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, but no website or internet transmission is completely secure. Please do not send payment card numbers through website forms or email.
11. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell or use the personal data of anyone under 18 for targeted advertising.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal data, and certain profiling. You can make a request by calling (813) 401-0693 or emailing bppavers@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify and respond within the time required by law (generally within 45 days). If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
13. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, such as Google Maps, review sites and social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
